Service provider is prepared to follow professional services to the Company
The Client agrees with seller - PRICELESS HOSPITALITY TRAINING SOLUTIONS LTD to pay for all purchases upon receipt of an invoice for charges billed, but not paid in 7 days from date of training, following purchase will be considered delinquent and subject to financial charges.
Current credits are payments or credits received by 9.00am 7 days after the training has taken place. The minimum payment due will be payment of Buyer's indebtedness in full. If not paid, PRICELESS HOSPITALITY TRAINING SOLUTIONS LTD may declare the unpaid balance due and payable immediately. Buyer agrees to pay collection expenses, including reasonable solicitor's fees and court costs, if it is necessary to collect through legal action.
Clients will be charged the full daily rate if the course, workshop or any type of training requested by the client is cancelled under 7 days from the date of the training that was booked and confirmed with the client. No-shows of delegates on the day of training will be charged due to external expenses already purchased by Priceless Hospitality Training Solutions.
Client assumes full responsibility for all materials purchased from PRICELESS HOSPITALITY TRAINING SOLUTIONS LTD. Buyer agrees to be personally liable for all charges and individually guarantees payment of all charges promptly. Client agrees to notify PRICELESS HOSPITALITY TRAINING SOLUTIONS LTD within 7 days in writing of receipt of weekly statement of business. Failure to so notify PRICELESS HOSPITALITY TRAINING SOLUTIONS LTD signifies total acceptance and responsibility for prompt payment in full of account.
If materials are ordered to be delivered to a job site, the client assumes liability for the materials at the time of delivery whether or not client's representative is on hand to acknowledge receipt of delivery. Client agrees to pay standard delivery charges as billed.
Client agrees that no refund will be granted unless PRICELESS HOSPITALITY TRAINING SOLUTIONS LTD cancels the agreement, due to unforeseen circumstances and the agreement or training is cancelled. Client agrees to supply PRICELESS HOSPITALITY TRAINING SOLUTIONS LTD with "Notice of Commencements", purchase orders, and a delegate list of employees attending any training.
PRICELESS HOSPITALITY TRAINING SOLUTIONS LTD will use only the documentation provided by the client and will not be responsible for the implementation of any client food, health and safety, fire licensing or any policy pertinent to the client Policy, procedures or documentation, unless agreed by the client and PRICELESS HOSPITALITY TRAINING SOLUTIONS LTD
PRICELESS HOSPITALITY TRAINING SOLUTIONS LTD will not be required to work on site to implement any Policy, procedures or documentation unless agreed by the client and PRICELESS HOSPITALITY TRAINING SOLUTIONS LTD
The client and any subsidiaries need to understand and evaluate the programs developed by the consultant, by testing the procedures and documentation requirements. The programs should be feasible, effective and specific to your individual operations. Regulatory requirements should be met throughout the programs.
The client and any subsidiaries will ensure proper training of the staff involved with your operation which is required for a successful implementation of any documentation or training.
Once systems are implemented; the client and any subsidiaries should transfer the technical knowledge to your staff to maintain the program.
Proofs of work for personalised goods may be submitted for the client's approval and PRICELESS HOSPITALITY TRAINING SOLUTIONS LTD shall incur no liability for any errors not corrected by the client in proofs so submitted. The client shall notify PRICELESS HOSPITALITY TRAINING SOLUTIONS LTD in writing within 7 days of receipt of the proofs stating whether or not the proofs are acceptable. If the client does not notify PRICELESS HOSPITALITY TRAINING SOLUTIONS LTD within this period, the proofs will be deemed to have been accepted. If the client requests PRICELESS HOSPITALITY TRAINING SOLUTIONS LTD to reproduce any logos or other protected intellectual property, the client grants to PRICELESS HOSPITALITY TRAINING SOLUTIONS LTD a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use such rights for the purposes of producing the personalised goods only.
These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
PRICELESS HOSPITALITY TRAINING SOLUTIONS LTD reserves the right to send out "Notice to Owners" and file Liens on past due accounts and use any legal means available to force collection if necessary.
